The Animal Within. Creatures in (and outside) the mumok Collection

The Animal Within. Creatures in (and outside) the mumok Collection

The mumok collection contains nearly five hundred works related to animals - a considerable quantity that raises the question of what kind of zoo the museum in fact is. Saturday workshop at mumok

Saturday workshop at mumok

The mumok studio becomes a felt workshop. A mountain of wool is waiting for you. Blue, red, yellow, colorfully dyed - but beware, it is not spun. We will bathe and stroke, squeeze, roll and mill the raw wool until it is all completely felted. If there is still time, you can work your object with needles and bring it into the desired shape.
