DSCHUNGEL WIEN

The programme includes dance, drama, performance art, puppet theatre and musical theatre, as well as events designed to foster exchange and discussion. It comprises in-house productions, co-productions, collaborations, and national and international guest performances, and is developed in partnership with local and international artists, partners, training institutions and in response to the needs of the audience. The formats Next Generation, MAGMA and the Digital Stage GL!TCH4 support emerging talent and enable young artists to participate. In year-round theatre workshops, children and young people create their own theatre alongside artists.

Over the course of a season, DSCHUNGEL WIEN presents over 50 productions for children, teenagers and young adults across three stages. Each year, the diverse programme attracts around 45,000 visitors, including some 25,000 nursery, after-school care and school children.
