THE BODY ELECTRIC - Erwin Osen and Egon Schiele
The exhibition The Body Electric: Erwin Osen and Egon Schiele, to be shown at the Leopold Museum, is a presentation based on a number of recently re-discovered drawings by Erwin Osen (1891–1970). These were commissioned by Stefan Jellinek (1871–1968), a physicist and doctor active in Vienna until 1939, who during World War I researched the use of electricity in the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorders.

JOSEF PILLHOFER - in a dialogue with modernist artists
Marking the tenth anniversary of the artist’s death in 2020 as well as his 100th birthday in 2021, the Leopold Museum is dedicating a comprehensive retrospective to Josef Pillhofer (1921–2010), one of the most eminent sculptors and draftsmen in Austria.

THE SCHEDLMAYER COLLECTION - A Discovery!
The Austrian collector couple Hermi (1941–2018) and Fritz Schedlmayer (1939–2013) brought together a top-class selection of arts and crafts objects and works of art from the first half of the 20th century. This largely unknown collection will be presented to the public for the first time in autumn of 2021.
