Workshop for children and families: Balancing, Noting and Collecting

Every Sat, 11 – 13h, for children aged 6 to 10

What is a giant train doing in an exhibition? Together we will discover Ibrahim Mahama’s large-format artwork and his exhibition "Zilijifa". At the Kunsthalle Wien Atelier, we will build sculptures from various materials. Using geometric shapes and different objects, we will stack and assemble interesting materials and items. Inspired by the exhibition, we will experiment with objects and use them to tell new stories. Recycled materials will become valuable, and natural materials will be transformed into extraordinary sculptures!
