Shake The Break-Workshop: HipHop Tanz – All Abilities (11+)

Did you always want to know how to dance like a robot or how to do the wave? Here you can learn it. We start with some warm-up exercises and familiarise ourselves with the basics of Locking, Popping, Breaking and Electric Boogaloo. The aim of these exercises is to develop a specific body sensation for HipHop. This will lead into a combination at the end of the lesson, which we will go through step by step. The goal is to learn different moves of the HipHop Universe and to have fun while developing our own individual style.

This workshop is specifically aimed for children and young people with and without intellectual disabilities who like to work in a group, love to move and want to get to know and explore their own way of expression in dance.
