Projector – Sun – Beach Backdrop

Bringing movement into the winter landscape.
Video projectors create new landscapes on the Ice Palace for visual surfers.

Mon-Fri 4-10 pm, Sat, Sun, holiday 2-10 pm
MQ Main Courtyard and Forecourt

Between the ice curling rink, DJ Sounds, and mulled wine, the Ice Palace illuminates the light-starved eyes of visitors in the dark season. After nightfall, the entire front side of the Ice Palace is aglow with images by projection artists Lichttapete and Fritz Fitzke: Winter landscapes like these may never exist in reality.

Light projections on the Forecourt show visitors the way to the MQ winter wonderland.
