Selma Kulović is a fiction and non-fiction writer from Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina and was invited by BMEIA as Writer-in-Residence in the months of April and May 2018.

In her presentation, she will talk about her work, previously published pieces, as well as her ongoing projects, including the so-called ‘Generation Project’ on which she is working as Q21’s Writer-in-Residence. Selma will also share with the audience a bit of her personal background, the topics that interest her, what it is that motivates her, and how/where she finds the inspiration for her fiction.

Finally, she will read a short story, which is one of her rare flash fiction pieces.

After the presentation, there will be a Q&A session as an opportunity for the writer and the audience to have a conversation.
