July 2019 - August 2019Was born in Ternopil in 1989. Like most artists of his surroundings, Vitaliy started from graffiti. Subsequently, spray painting and stickers began to supplement the graphics works and painting.
In 2012 graduated from Ternopil National Pedagogical University, Institute of Arts, where he studied on department of fine arts and crafts. The basis of his multidisciplinary practice is working with graphics, murals, installations and media art.

After getting acquainted with the activities and main goals of the residence and other participants, I will begin a gradual study of the enviroment. During my “expeditions” I`ll find important and indicative for this region symbols and images that will become a part of my work. Simultaneously, by making a subjective analysis of the environment, connecting the landscape, culture and society, it will be possible to create an eclectic series saturated with abstract and figurative elements that form one complete composition. I`ll plan to create from 6 to 10 graphic works and several objects that will be organically linked to the entire exposition. They will represent a slice, which, like, a layered palimpsest will allow to consider each component of identity. Staying in the local information flow will give a new sound to my work, while without losing touch with all the previous ones. And for society, they will remain, as a graphic diary of a person who has come into contact with their culture and captures the most striking aspects of it. This experience of mutual enrichment, without intervention, is one of the most important practices of our era of globalization, which is so characteristic only to absorb, not to interact.
