March 2007 - April 2007I was born in Johannesburg (1979). I studied political philosophy at the University of Cape Town and then studied at the Royal College of Art in London.
I live and work in London making films with large scale site specific/ exploratory techniques. I am presently working on an exhibition of drawings in vinyl that will open in february, and a short film with fellow animator meg bisineer.

I partook in the Artist-in-Residency program at the kind invitation of Culture2Culture. Through their help I was able to exhibit my work in Vienna: both at the Tricky Women film festival and in the MQ electric avenue.
The period of my residency was dedicated to developing new drawing and film projects as well as working towards the installation at the MQ.
It was a fruitful two months during which I had time and space to reflect on my own practice and meet with the other artists-in-residence.
I am indebted to MQ21 for providing the opportunity to engage with the conflicting and emerging currents of Viennese cultural production.
