FloodZone is an extensive photographic project by Anastasia Samoylova that reflects on the problem of rising sea levels in Miami, Florida. In it, the tropical colour palette and light quality of the city meet the growing dissonance between the booming real estate market and the encroachment of the ocean into the coastline. The paradisiacal scenery is becoming increasingly fragile.
