Shake the Break: NINJA KICKS
04. to 08.08., 12 – 13.30h, workshop for children between 8 and 12 years old
Here, everything revolves around kicks and speed. The children learn how to be fast, but also really slow - just like ninjas: stealthy, powerful and unexpected. The workshop starts with a mixture of karate, tai chi and kickboxing exercises. Then we work on coordination and experiment. Finally, we dance and kick to summer hits!
