Rom*nja City

In the 1940s, Nazi doctors conducted experiments on Rita Prigmore and her twin sister Rolanda to develop "master race" people. The play is a reckoning with the past, but also a glimpse into a possible future - into the centre of Rom*nja City, the city of freedom. The 600-year history of the Rom:nja and Sinti:zzi was almost wiped out during the Third Reich. To this day, the historical responsibility for the crimes has not been dealt with.
