ImPulsTanz: PUBLIC MOVES
Daily, outdoors and free of charge! At Public Moves we will once again be dancing outdoors from 5 July to 5 August: more than 90 internationally renowned teachers will impart their knowledge with you – from Yoga to Bollywood Dance to HipHop in 128 free outdoor classes at five locations. Every age and level is welcome!

We’ll explore a Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement (ATM®) class together as a way of reconnecting with ourselves, each other and the world. You’ll discover how paying attention to yourselves in movement and sensation can be a resource for developing the inner composure and responsiveness with which to meet these uncertain times.
Please bring a mat and if it's not warm outside a blanket!
