This class is a love letter to the 4/4 Grooves of House and HipHop.

In these two complementary classes, we will dive into new and existing methods of a grooving body, question our understanding of groove, and reframe our relationship to the music. We will explore the founding energy within its history and understand how these dances touch on community, spirituality and politics in a wider dimension.
