Immerse yourself in the vibrant world of house dance – originating in the club scene of 1980s Chicago and New York, this style thrives on rhythm and freedom!

Dancer and choreographer Farah Deen teaches the basic steps of house dance, has lots of groove exercises up her sleeve and explores concepts of freestyle – always with a focus on your individual expressiveness. You will learn various movement exercises, gain confidence in and with your body, and discover the balance between collective energy and personal freedom. You can expect a safe environment where you can dance at your own pace and in your own style, in the spirit of "cyphering" – free dancing in a circle that gives you space for self-expression without pressure or judgement. And you can expect lots of laughter and a great atmosphere!
