Interactive dance performance: MATTA MATTA 2.0

"Matta Matta 2.0" is a performance that doesn't stay on the mat. Three dancers lose themselves in an adventurous landscape of gym mats. Large soft floor mats and jagged foam mats, which can be assembled into carpets or stands of any size, become a sophisticated stage set. Sometimes they form a labyrinth with dangerously tumbling walls, sometimes a tower, a sea of boats around an island, a sign to hide behind or a bed that you have always dreamed of.

The children are invited to (re)arrange these mats in a variety of ways in collaboration with the dancers and become part of the performance. They are right in the middle of it instead of just being there! The choreography is lively, wild, playful and challenging. The performers impress with daring dance movements and show impressively that daring only works with mutual support.
