KUNSTZELLE

Prolet.AIR, Ania Zorn Claire Lefèvre - Mini Melt Down

Aftershow Satellite Program 2

In her performative installation, the choreographer, performer and PROLET.AIR collective member Claire Lefèvre creates an experiential space of radical softness, intimacy and care. "Mini Melt Down" is a spatially reduced version of Lefèvre's "Full Melt Down" performance, which will be presented in Brut Vienna directly before the AFTERSHOW. You can see, among other things, pictures of Sophie Utikal.

Workshop with Claire Lefevre
Wed 19.10., 15-16h
Open to all - in English

This workshop will present nursing practices that Claire Lefèvre and her team developed during the FULL MELT DOWN process. We read to each other, nails are painted and Carework biographies are written. It reflects on the invisible emotional work associated with the production of performances.

Workshop with Ania Zorn
Fri 21.10., 14.30-16h

KUNSTZELLE is a project by Christine Baumann and Pablo Chiereghin

KUNSTZELLE goes MuseumsQuartier

The KUNSTZELLE is moving to the forecourt of the MuseumsQuartier for a year. As a former phone booth, its strength lies in publicity and communication. At its new location in front of the main entrance to the MQ, KUNSTZELLE will be showing three installations this year. The annual program is supplemented by a number of shorter interventions. The exhibitions are followed by "After Shows", short interventions from the fields of performing arts, participatory intervention, sound and visual arts. Its informal atmosphere makes the audience part of the after show. The square revives and opens up.
