Guided tour: Queer-feminist perspectives

On this guided tour, we will look at the mumok’s collection of classical modern art from a different perspective with five contemporary artists. Nikita Kadan, Barbara Kapusta, Frida Orupabo, Lisl Ponger, and Anita Witek relate their works to pieces from the classical modernism collection. Current aspects of colonial, postcolonial, and patriarchal contexts in the collection, as well as aesthetic and media developments, can be examined intersectionally.
