Kunsthalle Wien is inaugurating an annual commission for a temporary, site-specific artwork for the exterior of the Museumsquartier building. Nora Turato has been commissioned to produce a work that will be on view for a year. Turato’s primary material is language and the power structures involved in spoken and written forms. This new 62-metre, text-based work will stretch around the south-west wall of the building, visible to passers-by as they traverse the outer arc of the Museumsquartier.
The guided tour will be held in German. Meeting point is at the cash desk area.
