An octopus species served as the namesake for the band Eledone. And just like in the body of an octopus, three hearts beat in Eledone: Jonas Kastenhuber, Alex Matheis and Jakob Gschwandtner form a trio with an independent sound of piano, electric bass and drums. The ensemble's self-penned works unite influences from different genres into an "Accoustic Fusion", in which the possibilities of making music together are creatively maxed out.
