Keep the corals floral

About 500,000 metres of wool - crocheted and knitted - form a colourful coral reef. Plastic bags, fruit nets and foil form creatures that swim colourfully through the water. The journey begins on the coast. From there we glide into the water - past coral reefs, sponges and anemones and the inhabitants that live there. A fish peeks out of a crevice, a worm wriggles past, a seahorse stretches out its reins. Soon there is water above us, water below us, water beside us. Here we encounter jellyfish, schools of fish and maybe even a whale. But our journey takes us even further into the depths: our destination is the bottom of the sea. In the supposed darkness, we encounter the living glow of the deep-sea dwellers.

In "BLUB", the young audience can move freely through the installation and indulge their own desire for discovery. Two performers and a musician accompany them and use light, music, choreography and short stories to drive the dramaturgy, which can be compared to that of a dive.
