Visual Essay on Restaurant Culture, 2020

A brief exposé on the dual reality of restaurants, covering everything from clashes of cultures to kitchen outrage. 

Thyr Björnson is a Swedish artist, designer and director currently working in Vienna where he explores the themes (visual) culture, international finance, legislation and organisational structures. His work combines fiction and reality with the aim to create new understandings of ourselves and our surroundings.
