Logical consequences result in a causal worldview. Currently, search engines reward our work with higher “rankings” - if they fit into a causal logical world of algorithms. Creativity and free will cannot happen in the causal world of information technology. Creativity and free will depend on the spontaneous occurrence of coincidence. In the world of natural law there are two sources of this non-causal information. These are found in the microcosm and macrocosm, along the edges of our reality. Both versions are displayed as variations in Schauraum. Art must be allowed to be non-causal.

FX: international exhibitions in context of new media art e.g. Kunsthalle Bonn, Triennale Milano, Venice Biennale. He started several hack- and fablabs, for example silverserver, funkfeuer, vivi, metalab/ Vienna and Medienkunstlabor/Kunsthaus Graz. He was teaching information theory and electronics in Graz and Vienna. Since 2008 he established the projects Infolab, alternative currencies and DoNAUtik in and with Stadtwerkstatt Linz.
