Is there a Future for Musesums?
Panel
Location: Arena 21

The contemporary world sees elimination of the frontiers between physical and digital, between biological and artificial intelligence, between robotics and virtual reality. Have the museums succeeded in trying to stay relevant to our age or are they not yet fully grasping the opportunities that it represents? Are they attacked by technologies or can there be another type of interaction between them, more close to synergy or symbiosis?
The conference "Is There a Future for Museums" with David A. Edwards (Le Laboratoire), Laurent Gaveau (Google Cultural Institute), David Zahle (Bjarke Ingels Group), and Luc Meier (École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne), will present innovative approaches to art and museum culture, trying to map paths and transposing the audience ahead to the future by their highly creative and experimental thought. The panel discussion will be moderated by Paul Alezraa and Ekaterina Perventseva.
