As part of the exhibition “Connecting Sound Etc. Cable Works, Cable Sounds, Cables Everywhere”, Vienna-based artist Robert Mathy presents an installation that occupies the entire space of quartier21´s Electric Avenue. Some 800 meters of audio cable and 30 modified motors cause the materials in the exhibition space to make sound and invite visitors to engage in acoustic perception of space.
