The “1K MASTERPIECES OF THE MQ” series takes a new perspective on artists whose work is housed in the MuseumsQuartier Wien: CAMEL and Christian Mayr Hofer seek out individual pieces of art and reinterpret them through the medium of rap. This brings the analysis of art to the public in the form of rhyme. The treatise becomes a song, the song becomes a new piece of art.
