AQUADROME
Fast boats, a challenging course, and an opponent hot on your heels (the shark). The reflecting pool at the MQ becomes a liquid arena where fans can maneuver remote-controlled boats through a maze of buoys in a race against time. You can rent a boat or bring your own. Either way, we guarantee lots of fun and excitement for kids and adults.
Rent a boat for €5 for ten minutes. Use the boat pond for free if you bring your own.
The AQUADROME can also be rented for exclusive use from Mon to Fri.

Margarita Benitez (USA): Open and Collaborative Art
Benitez (MFA in Art+Technology, School of the Art Institute of Chicago) is the Fashion Technologist and Assistant Professor at Kent State University’s Fashion School. She works interdisciplinary in sound, fashion technology (e-textiles) and her current research explores the concept of pret-a-faire (ready-to-make) thru generative fashion applications. She will be discussing her current works within her collaborative arts praxis //benitez_vogl and will discuss the project she will be undertaking in Vienna, open thread. Benitez is Artist-in-Residence recommended by Fulbright Commission. In cooperation with Combinat.
