Opening \"Winter im MQ\"

Date: Thu, Nov 8, from 17:00
Location: MQ Main Court

The Winter im MQ season is opening with music and hot punch for charity. Live on stage: Indieband \"Bilderbuch\" with \"Tanz Baby!\" Singer David Kleinl.

17:00 - 18:00 Charity Punch to benefit the Maradi Initiative in the Republic of Niger
Drink punch and do good. Between 17:00 and 18:00, punch costs only EUR 1 in the MQ pavilions, and the proceeds benefit an initiative for the promotion of young people and the construction of a school in Niger.

18:00 Monsieur Smoab (98.3 Superfly / Rare & Well Done / Deephousemafia Radio Show)
It\'s hard to imagine the Austrian radio scene without 98.3 Superfly - Vienna\'s Soulful Radiostation. Most of its popularity comes from an unprecedented, refreshing, and varied mixture of soul, funk, jazz, disco, Latin, and electronic music. The opening of this year\'s \"Winter im MQ\" will be just as refreshing and varied.

20:00 Official opening

20:15 \"Tanz Baby! im Bilderbuch\"
To celebrate the opening of the winter season at the MQ, \"Tanz Baby!\" have come up with something really special. One of the country\'s most exciting rock bands is joining them on stage for the occasion. This will be the first time that all of the \"Tanz Baby!\" classics will be played with a pounding bass line. \"Bilderbuch\", already a major force in the German-language indie scene, is teaming up with \"Tanz Baby!\" singer David Kleinl to reinterpret the pieces that are usually played on instruments like a home organ. Let there be Rock!

Today you\'ll have a chance to test the ice curling!
