SRA, the archive for Austrian popular music, launched the Listen to Gold event series in 2003 with the objective of having experts conduct a survey of music taken straight from the SR archive. Listen to Gold Europa is SRA\'s showcase of the international variety of Austrian-made music: In addition to Austrian musicians, the archive covers countless international artists living in Austria.

They include names like Fatima Spar, Rebekka Bakken, Peter Rehberg, Krzysztof Dobrek, Jack Grunsky, Hans Theessink, John Norman, and Maja Osojnik. All of them moved the center of their musical activities to Austria and have since made a major contribution to the Austrian music scene while expanding the country\'s musical boundaries. On two evenings, they will talk about their personal preferences in the genre of Austrian pop music and get a chance to step up to the turntable.
