Sensitivity, poetry and the intensity of their language of movement distinguish the work of the Canadian company O VERTIGO. In Onde de choc, to the music of the British composer Michael Nyman, the choreographer Ginette Laurin poses the question of what emotions are connected to the elementary functions of the body - the heart beat, the flowing of the blood, or breathing - and how one can make this visible and audible: a choreography of impressive presence and a study of the underlying human feelings and sense impressions.
