The new educational campus on the grounds of the central train station is to represent a pilot project for 0 to 14 year-olds on 20,000 square metres with a kindergarten, a primary school and a secondary school. A didactic spatial concept with a catalogue of the qualities required in its realisation was worked out in cooperation with teaching experts as the basis for the open two-stage competition.
