Venue: Halle G

When do we actually really \"hear\" information? How do we filter information that is available to us anytime? When do we believe someone or something? And how do we act as individuals and as groups when we stand up for something we believe in? Freed from their original context, Anna MacRae dissects speeches by \"authorities\" like Malcom X, Krishnamurti and Slavoj Žižek in her trio, cleverly interweaving them with elements of movement. A reflection on attempts at bringing people together and at defending one\'s own views.

\r\n

Anna MacRae has been living in Vienna since she participated in the danceWEB scholarship programme in 2001. She has danced in productions e.g. by Willi Dorner, Meg Stuart and Boris Charmatz and teaches at the k3 in Hamburg and at the SEAD in Salzburg.
