Where is the meeting point for the tours?

The meeting point for all tours is the MQ Point at the main entrance of the MuseumsQuartier.

Do MQ Tours also take visitors through museums?

No. MQ Tours provide insights into the area and its history. Guided tours of the museums must be booked directly with the respective museums.

How can I book a private group tour?

You can request custom group tours using the booking form on our website.

How far in advance should a group tour be booked?

We recommend booking group tours at least 14 days in advance so that we can accommodate your preferred date as best as possible.

Can a group tour be postponed or canceled?

Please notify us of any changes or cancellations as early as possible. Cancellations are free of charge up to three business days before the agreed date. For later cancellations, 100% of the tour guide costs will be charged.
