Every third Thursday of the month, a free guided tour of the “Vision and Resistance” exhibition takes place at MQ Freiraum.

How did the former imperial stables complex become one of Europe’s largest art and culture complexes? The exhibition “Vision and Resistance” looks back at the eventful history of the MuseumQuartier Wien—examining architectural designs, political decisions, public debates, and the conflicts that continue to shape the complex to this day.

During the free guided tour, visitors will gain insights into key themes and exhibits in the exhibition and learn more about a project that has brought about lasting change in Vienna.
