Who is crawling, hopping or swimming through the exhibition “Lebt und arbeitet in Wien”?

Perhaps you will discover an animal with little felt ears, a tadpole or a funny creature with far too many legs. Feel inspired by the artworks and invent your own animal. In the Kunsthalle Wien Atelier, you will learn the technique of felting using soft sheep’s wool to create your own woolly creature. With small details, you can give it a character all of its own. You can take your felted animal home with you afterwards.

  • For children aged 6 to 10
  • No registration required
  • Meeting point: ticket desk at Kunsthalle Wien Museumsquartier, 11:00.
  • The workshop is part of the WIENXTRA-Kinderaktiv programme.
  • Workshop fee for children: 5,- € / 3,- € reduced with WIENXTRA-kinderaktivcard, for adults: 14,- € / 6,- € reduced with WIENXTRA-kinderaktivcard
  • Your workshop ticket allows you free admission to the current Kunsthalle Wien exhibition.
