For the presentation of the book FACELESS at Austrian Cultural Forum in Berlin (special edition-Social Design department of the University of Applied Arts Vienna) I will be experimenting to create a video-installation-narrative that is involving various art works.
I will work with recent consumer and beta technology, face recognition apps, postproduction software to also translate physical objects and material art into motion graphics. This way the classic exhibition format will be challenged with contemporary online practices and available apps and services that involve digital face processing.
The aim of my residency is to design new installment of the popular international exhibition, that should be different and up to date. The whole process will be done in collaboration with Bogomir Doringer. Results will be presented at the opening of the"salon of facelessness; in Berlin during the Gallery Weekend 2018.
