Oktober 2013 - November 2013Author Cem SELCEN was born in Istanbul. He completed his primary and middle school in Bursa. In 1984 he graduated from Yıldız Teknik University Department of Mechanical Engineering. Trying different jobs for a career, he is still a manager of a night club.
