Public Moves explores the physical relationship with water and with ourselves. Fluids flow through our bodies and form an existential connection to the environment. These relationships inspire our movement, transitions and expression. Through guided improvisation, perception exercises and free dancing, we immerse ourselves in the lightness, power and rhythm of water – in waves, pulsation and fluid transitions between action and reaction, activity and receptivity. With poetic mindfulness towards ourselves and nature, we discover new spaces for movement and connect with the transformative quality of water.

Live music: We will be accompanied by a DJ set by Agnes Schneidewind.
