For the fourth year in a row, MQ Pride Night returns to the open-air stage at the MuseumsQuartier Wien. As part of the MQ Summer Stage program, what began as a one-day event has evolved into a recurring fixture on Vienna’s summer cultural calendar, bringing artists and audiences together to experience queer joy, pride, and resistance.

In 2026, the format will be expanded beyond June and continue throughout the summer months with three additional editions in July, August, and September. Each evening will have its own thematic focus while remaining rooted in performance, music, and collective presence.

MQ Pride Night continues its program series this year on July 17 with “Choreographies of Resistance.“ The event will focus on dance, bringing together choreographic approaches and physical practices before opening the dance floor to the audience.

MQ Pride Night continues to serve as a platform for exchange, visibility, and artistic experimentation. It creates space for diverse forms of expression while fostering connections between performers and the audience.

The program is curated and hosted by Daniel Hill, an artist, photographer, and curator based in Vienna.
