Would you like to start your evening with some exercise and art?
Our invigorating workout—featuring focused, controlled movements, lightness, and relaxation—offers the perfect balance of strength and stretching, always in harmony with your breath. We partner with the “In Good Shape studio“ for this class.
Art and Fitness:
On our 45-minute guided tour, we’ll explore one of our current exhibitions. Afterward, a one-hour Pilates session awaits you. Each session highlights different works of art.

Welcome to a space for movement, connection, and inspiration. Welcome to our “Pilates Flow – Start Your Evening with Ease!”
Information:
- 17:00 to 17:45: Guided tour
18:00 to 19:00: Pilates - We’ll pick you up at 17:00 in the foyer of the main entrance—please make sure to drop off your jacket, backpack, and other items at our coat check by then.
- At 17:00, we will take a 45-minute tour of the exhibition together.
- After that, there will be plenty of time to get changed.
- At 18:00, we’ll start our one-hour Pilates session in our lounge on Level +5
- We provide mats. Of course, you’re welcome to bring your own.
- There will be plenty of drinking water available.
- If you don’t want to or can’t join the exhibition tour, that’s no problem at all: you’re more than welcome to participate in the Pilates workout only. The price remains the same! If you’re coming just for the Pilates session, the meeting point is right in the mumok Lounge on Level +5. We’ll open the lounge at 17:50.

By registering, you confirm:
- that you feel healthy and fit and that nothing stands in the way of your participation in "Pilates Flow" (e.g., acute injuries, pain, pregnancy, or a recent childbirth).
- that photos and videos may be taken during the class, which may be used for documentation and marketing purposes (e.g., website, social media) by us and by Studio In Good Shape.
