An Evening with Marianna Angel and Katharina Höglinger
As part of the installation “Loch im Glas” at the MQ Art Box, Katharina Höglinger has invited musician Marianna Angel to collaborate on a joint performance evening centered around Angel’s concert.
The title refers to the ongoing exploration of a shared vocabulary between Höglinger’s painterly and drawing language and Angel’s sound and improvisational practice. Marianna Angel is a Colombian-Swiss musician. She is a classically trained pianist and currently works as a performer, composer, and improviser. Her music encompasses a broad spectrum, ranging from classical music to experimental and pop genres.
