PRINZESSEN

Drama / ages 8 and over

The picture shows three people standing close together, with two women and a picture of a man in front of the third person. The picture appears to have been torn out of a piece of paper. A crown is attached to his head with tape.

She misbehaved just once, and now she has to sleep for 100 years as punishment: Sleeping Beauty. The other one, Rapunzel, is locked up by the wicked witch in the very tower where Sleeping Beauty lies. What does Rapunzel do? Of course, she kisses Sleeping Beauty awake. But Sleeping Beauty isn’t at all pleased about it. Only a prince is allowed to kiss her awake! Rapunzel isn’t even a princess. And she simply cannot understand why Sleeping Beauty is so determined to stick to everything she was taught 100 years ago: to be good, to let the prince kiss her, and to live happily ever after together. What if being good isn’t the solution? But the problem.

PRINCESSES aren’t well-behaved.

PRINCESSES are whatever they want to be.
