Artist-in-Residence Fani Zguro (ALB), invited by BMEIA - Österreichisches Außenministerium​  in the West-Balkan cooperation, shows eight selected short films. Fani’s selection will abduct the viewer from reality to other scenes. Be it the eye of a dog “In A Blind of An Eye”, or a street scene from Tirana in “Pushing an Elephant Upwards”.

About the Artist
Fani Zguro was born in 1977 in Tirana. Lives and works in Tirana, Milan and Berlin. Zguro has studied at Accademia delle Belle Arti di Brera in Milan. In 2008 he won the International Onufri Prize organized by National Gallery of Arts in Tirana and in 2016 he won the International Mulliqi Prize organized by the National Gallery of Kosovo in Prishtina. Zguro is the co-founder of Gallery On The Move (2010) and also the curator of Pipilotti Rist's solo screening at TIFF and Onufri Prize both in Tirana (2016).
