“THE DEVIL IS HUNTING YOUR HEART”
- novel –
In my novel, the Devil visits Bucharest and explores the life of various social groups: artists, thieves, ordinary people and leaders of the Romanian Communist Party.
The plot is placed in 1988, during the year of supreme terror of Nicolae Ceausescu’s political regime.
The people endures hunger, cold and lack of freedom and is about to raise up against Ceausescu’s regime.
The Devil knows from the Relevation Book of the Bible that during the Last Day he is about to get caught and enchained in the Depth’s Prison.
Knowing this, the Devil is trying to get earlier a key of the Depth’s Prison, enabling him to escape from this jail on the Last Day.
A skilled witch informs Has Satan that the Prison’s key can be manufactured in Bucharest.
Will the Devil be able to get that key?
