3:rma (pronounced IRMA) is a Slovenian singer-songwriter duo founded by vocalist Maša But and guitarist Urška Supej. Their music is lyrical, minimalist, and narrative, translating social themes into a personal and intimate sound language.

3:rma do not write conventional “songs,” but rather lyrical miniatures that illuminate human contradictions and reflect social tensions, transforming everyday observations into lyrical short stories. As noted by Luka Hreščak (Radio Študent), “their poetic inclinations stand out on the domestic scene.”The duo’s signature sound is defined by Maša But’s vocals, which create an intimate closeness in an honest and direct way, and are translated into delicate, melodic lines through Urška Supej’s guitar playing. Jože Štucin (Odzven) describes them as“a poetic-musical duo, which stands sovereignly behind an excellent realisation.”Over the past four years, 3:rma have performed on numerous Slovenian and international stages, playing throughout Europe at festivals and showcases such as Athens Music Week and Athens Jazz (GR), Waves Vienna (AT), Palac Akropolis(CZ), Künstlergarten Weimar (DE), Live at Heart (SE), SAMC (BG), MENT Ljubljana(SI), Kino Šiška (SI), and Festival Lent (SI). In September 2024, the duo embarked on their first international tour through Slovenia, Austria, the Czech Republic,Germany, and Sweden.
