Free admission
On Lottery Day, Friday 11 September 2026, the Leopold Museum will be open to visitors from 10.00 to 18.00, with free admission. Free tickets are available from the MQ Point on presentation of an Austrian Lottery product.
Visitors can explore the permanent collection exhibition ‘Vienna 1900’, featuring masterpieces by Egon Schiele, Gustav Klimt and other leading artists of Viennese Modernism, as well as two special exhibitions: ‘Premiere! The Collection of the Austrian National Bank’ offers insights into Austrian art from the interwar period to the present day. The dialogue exhibition “Herbert Boeckl – Hans Josephsohn. Archetypes of the Figurative” juxtaposes the paintings and sculptures of the two artists for the first time. In this way, the Lotteries Day at the MQ opens up a wide range of perspectives on Austrian art of the 20th and 21st centuries.
