Next Gen Design
Futures Worth Living
“Next Gen Design: Futures Worth Living” showcases 50 award-winning works by young designers from all design disciplines across Europe and demonstrates how design can contribute to environmental and social transformation.
Next Gen Design is an international project that brings together five design organizations: Barcelona Design Week | Barcelona Design & Creativity Foundation, What Design Can Do during Dutch Design Week, Skopje Design Week, Mikser Festival (Belgrade) and designaustria. By pooling expertise and networks, the project supports young design practitioners and promotes sustainable design practices, professional collaboration and professional exchange.
“Next Gen Design” is supported by the Creative Europe program and is part of the New European Bauhaus initiative.
