In this House Dance class open to all levels, we take the time to explore your own groove and the signature “Jack,” as well as to strengthen your sense of rhythm. The club scene and the history of House Dance serve as the starting point for our shared dance experience.
The focus is on the fundamentals and grooves of House Dance, along with playful, interactive dancing. Through exercises, short tasks, and moments of freestyle, we create space to discover and further develop your body, your connection to the music, and your own unique dance style.
