Concerts, DJ sets, charity punch, and more!
During the winter months, the MuseumsQuartier transforms into a truly special place: in a wintry atmosphere, artistic inspiration blends with social interaction and enjoyment. Through December 23, 2026, visitors can enjoy a festive atmosphere featuring concerts, live DJ sets, the MQ curling rink, and the Winter Race, as well as punch and winter snacks.

Attention, motorsports fans of all ages: On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, a miniature car race takes place in the MQ’s main courtyard—an event that delights young and old alike and makes children’s eyes light up.

Every Saturday, Sunday, and holiday from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
MQ Tunes
Winter Sounds, DJ sets, and special live performances make the MQ a hotspot for music lovers during the pre-Christmas season. Every Wednesday starting at 6:30 p.m., “MQ Tunes” creates a lively atmosphere in the main courtyard, while DJs spin live sets twice a week.

Curling Rink
The MQ curling rink, which is open Monday through Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and on weekends and holidays from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., offers a unique experience. Visitors can put their skills to the test on two lanes.
