„küchen-garten“ — MQ Artist-in-Residence Daria Arbuzova's new exhibition, in which the kitchen turns into a garden city: an idealized myth that doesn't survive contact with reality.

Drawing on the legacy of the Frankfurt Kitchen, the artist ironically dissects patriarchal images of femininity, uncovering their latent potential for absurdity and bodily materiality.

The project continues Arbuzova's exploration of the contradictory entanglements between the real and the digital — this time through the most mythologized of all domestic images.
